Supply Chain Administrator (ID. 74)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for updating and review of daily production paperwork: allocation of production corrections to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Creates purchase orders and communicates with suppliers requirements
  • Evaluates incoming material list, elevates delays or disruptions in as necessary
  • Manage inventory adjustments for warehouse inventory to include mix-end and packaging
  • Responsible for Bill-of-Lading (BOL)’s) and Canadian custom invoices
  • Maintain and update SOCS spreadsheet including NAFTA’s
  • Manage Sugar export for Canada
  • Responsible for updates and changes to Bill-of-Material (BOM) in NAV, batch and mix sheets
  • Assists in outgoing order process with Logistics, conducts freight bill auditing

Non Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports managers when necessary with special projects
  • Assists other departments when necessary as back-up with regards to administrative tasks
  • Assist Supply Chain Director, Logistics Manager with special projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in an office setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be self motivated
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Experience using: Microsoft Word, Excel, NAV, Power Point, and Internet

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Daily interaction with all levels of management
  • Daily interaction with visitors, vendors, customers and sales people
